Q :- What are the stall Specifications and Tariff
Ans :- The Stall specifications and tariff are.

12 ft. x 6 ft.	Rs. 80,000/-
L Shape (108 sq. ft.)	Rs. 95,000/-

(10% extra will be charged for corner stalls)

The entire premises are centrally air-conditioned; the stalls have been scrupulously designed to have a smooth and free approach. Organisers will provide facility of:

One display table
Two chairs
Two spot lights
Electric point

With the crown head fascia indicating participant's name and general security surveillance of the exhibit area.

Q :-What are Terms and Conditions
Ans :- The Terms and Conditions are

Booking shall be available on first come first served basis on payment of 100% as advance booking of the stall payable by cash/crossed cheque/demand draft drawn in favour of "LIVE IN SPLENOOUR PVT. LTD.
No stalls will be reserved on behalf of any exhibitors unless the full payment has been made. Further no client may take possession of the stall unless the full payment has been made.
No monopoly of any kind would be give to any participant.

Q :- How can we cancel the booking.
Ans :-

No refund will be made under any circumstances for cancellation of booking.
The stalls are not transferable and only one nameplate will be displayed per stall.
Confirmation of booking will be made only on receipt of full payment.
No other product apart from the ones written in the order form would be allowed to be exhibited.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the stall of any exhibitors without assigning any reason.
If the full payment is not received 15 day before the exhibition, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the stall.

Q :- What is the exhibition Schedule.
Ans :- The exterior shall be made available to the participants at 9 a.m. on the first day of the exhibition and all interiors must be completed by 12 noon on the same day. Under no circumstances the workmen will be permitted at the exhibition site beyond this deadline. If any participant does not occupy the stall by 11 a.m. on the opening day of the exhibition, the organisers reserve the right to allot the vacant stall as they deem fit. No responsibility of any stock would be taken at the end of the exhibition on the last day. The participants have to vacate the hall by 12 midnight on the last day.

Q :- What about Publicity.
Ans:- The exhibitors will benefit from the publicity given through newspapers, invitation cards, direct mailers etc. by "LlVE-IN-SPLENDOUR".

Q:- Will Service tax be Charged.
Ans :- Service Tax @ 12.36 % will be applicable.

Q :- What are Exhibition Regulations.
Ans :- No exhibitors will be allowed to change the exterior layout, paint the exteriors or interiors or change the standard format of the company's nameplate. No painting or retouching will be permitted at the exhibition and exhibitors who violate this rule and damage the furniture and fittings will be liable for damages. No participant is allowed to fix halogen lights in the stall. No encroachment would be permitted. No nails may be used. Only one power point of 5/15 Amp. Would be provided in a stall from which load upto 1 KW can be obtained. Any Exhibitor trying to take load more than prescribed limit will be doing so at his own risk & responsibility. Additional furniture and electrical connections can be made available on payment of hire charges (subject to availability). All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only. All 'VAT' formalities should be taken care by the participants in whichever state applicable.

Q :- Modification of the floor Plan.
Ans :- The organisers reserve the right to amend or change the floor plan to suit the requirements of the exhibition without assigning any reason & are not liable for any change in the venue or dates arising from circumstances beyond their control.
