The
organizer Live In Splendour Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi is the organizer of 'Indian Compliments' Exhibition in Dubai at The Dubai World Trade Centre. Venue Date & Timing "Indian Compliments" Exhibition will be held from 5 th to 8 th April ' 2006 at The Dubai World Trade Centre . The Exhibition shall remain open to public from 11 am to 9 pm on all 4 days. Exhibitor A company / Organization / association booking space for participation will be called exhibitor Participation Charges Shell Stand INR 1,50,000/ or US $ 3,500 for 9 Sq Mts. (3mts. X 3mts.) (Additional space can be booked in multiples of 9 sq mts.) Shell Stand will include Two/ Three sides partition, Facia Name, Floor Covering, Three Spot Lights , One 5/15 AMP socket , One Trash Bin , One Table and Two Chairs. Additional requirements for any of these items shall be chargeable as the rates Applicable. Insurance Against all ascertainable risk from transportation to display and removal should be done by the exhibitor. Live in Splendour Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any claim what so ever. Entry / Exit Entry into Exhibition Area will be on the basis of exhibitor passes issued by Live in Splendour Pvt. Ltd. Each exhibitor will be entitled to 2 passes for 9 sq. meter space. Exit passes will be necessary for exhibits / material to be taken out of Exhibition Area. Violation of Rules In the event of violation of any rules Live in Splendour Pvt. Ltd. will have the right to close down the Stall of the exhibitor. Disputes Disputes, if any, arising out of unresolved matters between exhibitor and Live in Splendour shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. 1996. The arbitration preceding will be conducted in English and at New Delhi, India only. Force Majeure If the exhibition is abandoned, cancelled or postponed in whole or in part by reasons of war, fire, national emergency, labor, non availability of exhibition premises or re-allocation of exhibition premises or any other cause not within the control of Live in Splendour , it shall be under no obligation to refund such rental, part thereof & shall be under no liability for any actions, claims or losses. Operation of Stand No stand will remain unattended. All stands must open at least an hour before the exhibition & shall remain open till half an hour after exhibition time on each day. Allocation of Space Live in Splendour Pvt. Ltd. will have sole discretion in allocation of space. However, due consideration will be given to the choice and requirement of applicant on the first came first served basis. Visa Rule Live in splendour's appointed travel agent would facilitate the grant of business visa for visiting Dubai for participation in this exhibition. (Visa would be charged extra) Also not more than two visas per 9 sq mt stall would be facilitated by the appointed travel agent of live in Splendour Pvt. Ltd. |
Hotel
& Air Booking Live in splendour shall facilitate the Hotel & Air booking through its travel agent appointed for this purpose. (Charges not included in the shell stand). Appropriate hotel room shall be booked on negotiated rates through our counterpart, Live In Splendour Pvt. Ltd. Payment Terms Application for participation has to be submitted to Live In Splendour Pvt. Ltd. along with 100% participation charges. Participation will be accepted on first-come-first served basis . All payments will be made either through a Bank draft or though a Bankers cheque payable at New Delhi and drawn in favour of Live in Splendour Pvt. Ltd. Exhibition Regulation No exhibitors will be allowed to change the exterior layout, paint the exteriors or interiors or change the standard format of the company's name plate. No painting or retouching will be permitted at the exhibition and exhibitors who violate this rule and damage the furniture and fittings will be liable for damages. No participant is allowed to fix halogen lights in the stall. No encroachment would be permitted. No nails may be used. Only one power point of 5/15 Amp. would be provided in stall from which load upto 1 kw can be obtained. Any Exhibitor trying to take load more than prescribed limited will be doing so at his own risk & responsibility. Additional furniture and electrical connections can be made available on payment of hire charges [subject to availability]. All Disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only. All 'Taxation & Duties' formalities should be taken care by the participants in whichever manner applicable. Other Services & facilities Facilities like water, security, etc can be made available on payment Electricity & Power Connection and Consumption Exhibitor taking shell stand will not be charged up to a maximum load of 1 KV for 9 Sq mt stand including Stall Lighting; additional power will be charged at an extra cost. Possession & Space Possession of exhibtors Shell Scheme will be given after 4 pm on 4 th April' 2006. Handling over of possession will be subject to final payment of participation charges, electricity, and additional charges if any to Live In Splendour Pvt. Ltd. Stands Completion Stands will have to be completed by 10 pm on 4 th April 2006 . Storage of Exhibits & Empties No Exhibits or empties will be stored behind the Exhibition stands. Vacation of Space Stands will have to be vacated latest by 11 AM on 9 th April ' 2006. Damage to the Hall Exhibitors will be required to make good all the damages or make payment for damages to the infrastructure if any. Handling of Exhibits Customs & Imports Exhibitors can avail the services of only those cargo agents impaneled by Live In Splendour Pvt. Ltd. no other cargo agent will be allowed to enter / operate in Exhibition premises. Service Agency Service agencies like Security, cleaning, catering, etc empanelled with Live in Splendour Pvt. Ltd. will only be allowed to enter/operate in the Exhibition premises. |
